What the questions collect

We ask whether you already advertise, which jobs you want, your annual turnover band, your role and your proposed advertising budget. An estimate is enough; do not enter sensitive personal information.

Your answers stay in the current page’s memory as you move backwards and forwards. We do not save them in browser storage or a leads database. Refreshing or closing the page clears those answers.

If you qualify and select “Continue to booking”, your answers and a security token are sent to our Cloudflare-hosted server. The server validates them and returns access to the booking step. Our application does not deliberately log or retain the answer payload, and does not automatically send these answers to Calendly.

Hosting and bot protection

Cloudflare processes technical information needed to serve and protect the website, including IP addresses, request details and browser or device information. Turnstile, the security check before booking, uses technical signals to distinguish genuine visitors from automated traffic.

Our purposes are to keep the website working, prevent abuse and check whether our business service is a fit. Where this involves personal data, we rely on our legitimate interests in those activities, subject to visitors’ rights.

Cloudflare processes information on our behalf and also determines some separate uses, including improving its bot detection. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Booking a call

The booking step is reserved for a Calendly calendar. While it shows a placeholder, it collects no booking details. Once a calendar is connected, Calendly will collect the details you enter to arrange your requested call, such as your name, email address and chosen time. Its calendar is not loaded on the landing page or during the qualification questions.

You can review Calendly’s privacy notice before using it. Any contact details you supply for a call are for handling that enquiry; answering these questions is not consent to a marketing mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

The current funnel does not include Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, session replay or advertising cookies. It does not use local storage or session storage for your answers. Fonts and question-card images are not loaded from third-party font or image services.

Cloudflare’s security services may use strictly necessary browser technologies. Turnstile pre-clearance is not enabled. If Calendly is connected, review its cookie choices when you reach the calendar. Optional advertising tracking will require an updated notice and any legally required consent controls before it is introduced.

Sharing, location and retention

We do not sell your answers or send them to other agencies for marketing. Cloudflare provides the hosting and security services described above. Calendly processes booking information when you choose to use a connected calendar.

These providers operate internationally, and information may be processed outside the UK. Their privacy notices explain their international processing and safeguards. The relevant UK transfer requirements must be met where a restricted transfer takes place.

The application holds qualification answers only for the current page session and the validation request. Provider security and operational records have their own retention arrangements, as described in the applicable provider policies; we do not promise that every technical record disappears when you close this page.

Your choices and rights

You can leave the questions at any time or correct answers using Back. Simple rules about job types, turnover and advertising budget determine the next step. They do not enter you into a contract or make a legal or similarly significant decision about you.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests and receive certain data in a reusable format. These rights have legal limits. If consent is used for a particular purpose, you can withdraw it for that purpose.

Changes to this notice

This notice describes the current website, not the handling of homeowner leads in our clients’ campaigns. We will update the revision date and information here when the website’s practices change.
